Right now, single use plastic pollution is the result of a broken, linear system. The end consumer is expected on an individual level to manage and properly dispose of waste that is created by the oil industry and its multinational corporate customer – specifically the junk food and drink industry (Coca Cola, Nestle) and the personal care industry (Unilever). This is unfair and undemocratic.
Our mission is to triangulate that responsibiity among the packaging producer, the product producer, and the end consumer. As a packaging producer, we take responsibility for our packaging throughout its lifecycle. Our aim is to show that a circle economy system is not only sustainable but a viable for-profit business model.
